Your Responsibilities

•      Disciplinary and professional lead to our marketing team as well as taking ownership of their professional and personal development 
•      Development, planning and implementation of our international marketing strategy to increase the lead generation as well as the customer engagement
•      Planning and taking control of the marketing budget
•      Strategic conception of HubSpot workflows for efficient lead generation
•      Design, control and analysis of all online performance channels such as email marketing, SEA, SEO and social media, 
•      Build upon our great employer brand in different digital channels
•      Coordination with internal departments and external service providers

Your Qualifications

•      At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in leading a marketing team in an international environment
•      You speak fluent German and are business fluent in english
•      You bring a high affinity for digital platforms / analytical flair and are able to present complex interrelationships in a way that is suitable for your target group
•      Digital mindset and confident use of new media channels
•      You work independently, structured, conceptual and act holistically
